This deeply relaxing and powerful treatment uses sound on the acupuncture points of the hands and feet to run frequency through the meridians, opening up space and promoting a harmonious flow in the body. It’s like a massage from the inside, but the effects last longer than a traditional massage.

  • 60 minute session, conducted through a live phone or Zoom call. You get to relax in the comfort of your own home, while being supported and guided through the healing session.

  • 45 minute session via phone. I will call you before the session starts to check in. Then during the session you get to relax in the comfort of your own home and enjoy the healing energy. Following the treatment, I will call you again to check in and discuss the outcomes.

I work with clients in-person at my studio in Prior Lake, Minnesota on Mondays-Thursdays. On Fridays I see clients in Lakeville at Green Lotus Yoga & Healing Center. I also work remotely with clients around the country.

What is Biofield Tuning?

What is Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique of healing that uses a light hands-on touch.  Practitioners utilize the life force energy, also known as chi, ki, prana or subtle energy, that flows through our bodies in order to treat the whole person – mind, body, emotions and spirit.  Reiki is deeply relaxing and facilitates stress reduction, along with a wide range of health benefits.  The word Reiki translates to “spiritually guided life force energy” and is a simple, natural and safe method of restoring balance to the body, mind and spirit.

Reiki can be used in conjunction with any other medical or alternative treatment, and has been effective in helping virtually every known illness. It can help relieve side effects from medical treatments or pharmaceuticals, and stimulates the body’s natural healing abilities.
